I ordered from the UK. Delivery took longer than expected (just under 3 weeks) but was over the Christmas period so may have been delayed. Communication could have been better as didn’t receive tracking number until it was requested. Plants arrived in great condition, amazing value as large size for price, nicely packaged.
Update: some ordered plants were not sent maybe were out of stock but not advised to provide an alternative choice but replacement sent. After a couple days, cuttings and some plants started showing signs of bruising/decay, maybe from cold temperature during transport. Recommended for price and plant passport which other places you have to pay for. Will buy from again.
